Do you offer OEM or ODM services?
Yes. With over 30 years of industry expertise and a dedicated R&D team, we provide full OEM (Manufacturing to your specs) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services.

What is the process for developing a custom product?
The process includes: Requirement assessment (feedback within 5 working days) → 3D Modeling/Drawing Confirmation → Mould development (Sample or Mass Mold options) → Performance Testing & Client Approval → Mass Production.

Who owns the mold/tooling for custom projects?
All molds paid for by the client are the exclusive property of the client. We provide secure storage and regular maintenance at our facility. We guarantee that your exclusive designs will never be used for other orders without your written authorization.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category. For standard models, we offer flexible MOQs to help you test the market. For custom (OEM) projects, the MOQ depends on material requirements and production scale. Please contact our sales managers for a specific quote.

What is the standard lead time for production?
Samples: 7-12 working days. Mass Production: Generally 30–45 days, depending on order volume and seasonality. As Christmas products are highly time-sensitive, we recommend placing orders at least 3–4 months in advance of the peak season.

Do your products comply with my country's safety standards?
Our manufacturing bases are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our products comply with major international standards, including UL (North America), CE (Europe), RoHS (Environmental), and COC. We can provide specific test reports based on your target market requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Irrevocable L/C at Sight. For sample fees or small trial orders, we also support PayPal, Credit Cards, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.

How can your Yiwu Hub benefit my business?
We operate a 1,300m² showroom and a 2,500m² warehousing facility in Yiwu. This enables us to provide rapid sample inspection, efficient cargo consolidation (LCL/FCL), and temporary goods storage.

What is your policy for defective products?
To account for seasonal logistics, we provide 1%–2% FOC (Free of Charge) spare parts with every bulk order. For defects exceeding the AQL standard, we offer a simplified claims process: just provide photo/video evidence, and we will issue a Credit Note for your next order or provide replacements—no physical returns to China are required.
