My connection to this industry began when I was just 15 years old. In 1988, as my father founded our family’s first workshop, I wasn't just a bystander—I was his first apprentice. I spent my teenage years on the factory floor, learning the “language” of light. I still remember the scent of the early plastic molds and the sight of neighbors gathering in our yard to assemble strings. While others saw simple decorations, I saw the “sparks” that brought our community to life. Those years forged my Technical DNA—a relentless pursuit of quality that remains the heartbeat of RYW today.

1998 was my defining year. At a time when China’s trade doors were swinging wide open, I felt the call to build something of my own. With my father’s blessing, my wife and I began a grueling but rewarding chapter of independent entrepreneurship. We were the “front line”, personally handling every client request, every shipment, and every market challenge. This era defined our “Comrade-in-arms” service philosophy: we don't just sell products; we fight for our customers’ market share.

As RYW evolved into an industrial powerhouse, a strategic transition took place. My father, the original craftsman, passed the baton of factory management to the person I trust most: my wife. Today, she stands as the ultimate guardian of our production lines, commanding the backend with an uncompromising "iron-fist" approach while I focus on our global vision and digital windows in the GDTC. Her leadership has revolutionized our manufacturing, evolving it from traditional craftsmanship into a rigorous, data-driven system. Driven by the personal accountability of a co-owner, her standards far surpass those of any hired manager; she serves as the final filter for every product, ensuring that through SMT precision and 24-hour automated aging tests, "Zero-Defect" remains a lived reality rather than a mere slogan.

Today, the RYW story enters its most exciting chapter. Following the path I took at 15, I am now mentoring my children to carry the torch forward. They represents our third generation of our family’s dedication to light.
