Our story began in 1988, a booming era of surging opportunities in China’s global trade. As festive lighting concepts traveled from Taiwan to the mainland, Leon’s father—a pragmatic industrialist—sensed a global opportunity within those tiny, colorful bulbs. With bold determination, he resigned from his secure position in the public sector to become one of China’s first pioneers in the festive lighting industry.
This spark of enterprise soon inspired a new generation. Traveling to the Canton Fair with his father, a young Leon witnessed the eager demand from international buyers. He saw beyond the market potential; he saw a universal yearning for the warmth that defines the holiday season. In that moment, a conviction was born: this was not merely a seasonal trade, but a lifelong mission to deliver warmth and joy to the world.
● In its early days, RYW took root deep in the countryside. We adopted a community-based production model, distributing components such as bulbs and wiring to households across neighboring villages for manual assembly and soldering. This labor-intensive work provided vital livelihoods for hundreds of locals and ignited the rise of the festive lighting industry throughout the region.
● For over 25 years, we have remained dedicated to the production of festive lighting. To honor our promise of "Reliable Delivery," we transformed those early workshops into four modern production bases spanning Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, and Anhui, totaling 100,000 ㎡. From high-precision SMT lines to automated aging tests, our industrial scale ensures a stable annual output of 80 million sets.
