● Path B (Sample-Based): If you only have a physical sample, our engineers will conduct reverse engineering—measuring dimensions and drafting professional drawings for your approval before molding.

● Path C (Concept Support): If you have only a preliminary concept, our design team will provide sketches, 3D renderings, and material suggestion to help refine your product vision.

Tooling & Prototyping

● Flexible Tooling Options: Depending on your budget and strategy, you can choose a Sample Mold (low-cost prototyping) or a Mass Production Mold (durable steel mold for full-scale manufacturing). You can choose a Sample Mold (costing only 10%-30% of mass production molds with 20% faster lead times) for rapid prototyping before committing to full-scale production.

● Exclusive Ownership: All molds are the exclusive property of the client. We provide secure, professional storage and maintenance for your assets.

● Durability Guarantee: Our high-grade steel molds are warranted for 50,000 cycles or 10 years, with free repairs or remakes during the guarantee period.

Verification & Sample Approval

Before mass production, we conduct rigorous, multi-phase validation:

● Performance & Compliance Testing: We test IP ratings, CCT, and electrical safety in strict compliance with your market standards (UL, CE, RoHS, etc.).

● Engineering Validation: We verify dimensional accuracy, material durability, and assembly fit.
